in this way we also informing you that persons that belongs to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) population, after couple of decades has prohibited access to the nudist beach in the municipality of Bar.
Poštovani gospodine Markoviću,
i ovim putem Vas obavještavamo da je osobama koje pripadaju gay, lezbejskoj, biseksualnoj i transrodnoj (LGBT) populaciji poslije nekoliko decenija zabranjen pristup nudističkoj plaži na području barske opštine.
This acts towards LGBT persons are done by persons that has no rights for this treatment nor a reasonable excuse. It is very concerning that Montenegrin authorities tolerates this kind of behaviour.
About different incidents and illegal acts these people we are informed by many members of our population who are from Montenegro, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Serbia, Russia, Germany and other countries. Some of them, especially foreign citizens, are very interested to support our aims to support our efforts to initiate the appropriate procedures to protect against discrimination and non-pecuniary damages if that would be necessary.
We invite you as prime minister of the Government of Montenegro in charge of the political system, domestic and foreign policy to take all necessary efforts to cut from this point any further discrimination of visitors to this beach on the basis of their actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.
We invite you to immediately instruct the termination of infringement of our equality with others.
We expect that the behavior of these people who discriminate against LGBT people day by day is brought into line by applying the relevant laws and make them equal with the others. Substantial they can be nothing but beach visitors as well as all other interested persons.
We expect from you to contribute to the immediate removal of furniture from the beach and removing the wooden building and the controversial suspension of further payment of beverages and other catering services.
We ask that the boar (see below) that LGBT are indicated as abnormal and undesirable persons immediately be removed and destroyed and that the person responsible for this and others actions be processed.
After that we will not be questioned their possible volunteer work. These people, without misrepresentation, driven by humanism, and as a regular beach visitors and supporters of nudism, and if they are able, are free to pour a drink to all present people, including LGBT people, on that for public and freely accessible surface, they give away with a clean towels, help to enter or exit the water, or perform any other humanitarian and voluntary action.

Ove mjere prema LGBT osobama primjenjuju privatna fizička lica koja nemaju nikakav osnov za takvo postupanje niti razumno opravdanje. Zabrinjvajuće je što nadležni organi takvo postupanje još uvijek tolerišu.
O različitim incidentima i protivzakonitim radnjama ovih lica obaviješteni smo od strane nekoliko desetina pripadnika populacije koji su iz Crne Gore, BiH, Srbije, Rusije, Njemačke i drugih zemalja. Neki od njih, posebno strani državljani, zainteresovani su da podrže naše napore da pokrenemo i odgovarajuće postupke zbog zaštite od diskriminacije i naknadu nematerijalne štete ukoliko to bude potrebno.
Pozivamo Vas da u svojstvu potpredsjednikaa Vlade Crne Gore zaduženog za politički sistem, unutrašnju i spoljnu politiku preduzmete sve potrebne napore kako bi se od ovog trenutka prekinula svaka dalja diskriminacija posjetilaca ove plaže po osnovu njihove stvarne ili pretpostavljene seksualne orjentacije ili rodnog identiteta. Pozivamo Vas da momentalno naložite prestanak povrede naše ravnopravnosti sa ostalima.
Očekujemo da ponašanje ovih građana koji danima diskriminišu LGBT osobe dovedete u red zakona i primjenom odgovarajućih ovlašćenja učinite ih ravnopravnim sa ostalima. Formalno i suštinski oni ne mogu biti ništa drugo do posjetioci plaže kao i sve druge zainteresovane osobe.
Od Vas očekujemo i da doprinesete momentalnom uklanjanju mobilijara sa plaže, uklanjanju spornog drvenog objekta i potpuno obustavljanje dalje naplate konzumacije pića i drugih ugostiteljskih usluga.
Tražimo da se tabla (vidjeti ispod) na kojoj se LGBT označavaju nenormalnim i nepoželjnim osobama odmah ukloni i uništi a da osobe odgovorne za tu i sve ostale radnje budu procesuirane.
Nakon toga za nas neće biti sporan njihov eventualni volonterski rad. Te osobe, bez lažnog predstavljanja, vođene humanizmom, a kao obični posjetioci plaže i pristalice nudizma, ukoliko žele i imaju mogućnosti, mogu besplatno točiti piće svim prisutnim, pa i LGBT osobama, na toj javnoj i slobodno dostupnoj površini, poklanjati im čiste peškire, pomagati da uđu ili izađu iz vode ili obavljati bilo koju drugu humanu i dobrovoljnu radnju.
